You will be working on a 200+ unit luxury residential complex.
Day to day responsibilities could include:
- Organise procurement of all subcontractors and suppliers
- Prepare cost estimates for feasibility
- Manage sub contracts and payment claims
- Manage the construction budget
- Work as a Project Manager when required (with support)
- Experience in contract administration, preferably within multi-storey residential or commercial construction
- Knowledge of construction law, regulations, and industry standards
- Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and management skills
- Attention to detail for reviewing and interpreting contracts
- Effective communication skills for interactions with stakeholders
- Analytical skills for evaluating contract proposals and identifying risks
- Problem-solving abilities to address disputes and challenges
- Project management knowledge or experience beneficial
- Someone who is driven and likes a challenge. No two days will be the same.
