Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to join our clients team for a critical civil road project. As a Contract Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the project's success, responsible for procurement, progress claims, variations, and end-of-month reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement processes, including tendering and contract preparation
- Administer progress claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Handle variations, including assessment, negotiation, and documentation
- Prepare end-of-month reports and financial summaries
- Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in civil construction
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and processes
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or similar
