AHG is a Plumbing and Building Maintenance company that has a focus on providing comprehensive repairs and maintenance services to Defence Contractors, Northern Territory Government Departments and some of Darwin's large businesses whilst maintaining its obligation to servicing Darwin's domestic and commercial responsive demands with plumbing and general maintenance repairs.
The role of this position is to undertake the scheduling of works and overseeing the full workflow including resourcing, quoting minor works, and closing of jobs to meet key performance indicators. The role will also include assisting with everyday office tasks. This role demands a person that holds being organized in high regard and enjoys a very dynamic and high-volume environment that involves daily targets and overall key performance indicator objectives.
The role is simple; provide exceptional customer service, be organized and adapt easily to different work environments. The role of will include but not limited to:

Required Experience
- Frontline experience including dealing with challenging situations.
- Invoicing small works including managing subcontractor invoices
- Pricing and managing small maintenance jobs from start to finish.
- Exceptional phone manner
- Booking in subcontractors to jobs in line with technician bookings
- Ability to learn job management systems such as ServiceM8 or AROFLO
