Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled Contract Manager to oversee our organization's contractual agreements and relationships. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of contracts, mitigating risks, and fostering positive relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead negotiations for contract terms and conditions, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
2. Thoroughly review contracts to identify potential risks, inconsistencies, and compliance issues. Administer contracts throughout their lifecycle.
3. Proactively identify and address potential risks associated with contracts. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and protect the organization's interests.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners. Act as a point of contact for contractual matters, fostering positive and collaborative relationships.
5. Ensure contractual compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may affect contracts.
6. Manage contract-related disputes and conflicts, working towards timely and satisfactory resolutions.
7. Monitor and assess contract performance, ensuring that all parties fulfil their obligations and deliverables.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Contract Manager or in a similar role, with a successful contract management track record.
3. Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.
4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
