Contract Manager - Maryborough - Rts Qld Pcd

We are now looking for a Contracts Manager to join our experienced team in Maryborough, QLD. Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical contracts management and oversight of commercial activities within allocated projects. You will be accountable for:

• Administration of upstream/downstream contracts
• Management of delay impacts
• Issuing contract notices and variations
• Maintaining all commercial registers and ensuring accuracy of data
• Involvement with progress claims, forecasting, financial and project reporting

This is a fulltime, permanent role, and will be based in Maryborough, QLD.

About You:

• 8+ years relevant experience in contracts administration/management
• Previous experience in rollingstock, engineering, manufacturing or other relevant industry
• Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Business Commerce, or similar
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence within a complex environment
• Strong ability to problem solve
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
