Alchemy Recruitment is currently accepting applications from experienced Contracts Administrators to work with a Qld Government Owned Corporation (GOC).

As a Contracts Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of renewable energy and storage projects, contributing to the expansion of the company's renewable portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:

• Administer contract matters and documentation related to supplier claims, disputes, invoicing/payments, and correspondence.
• Monitor and maintain effective contract supplier performance, ensuring quality, quantity, and services meet standards.
• Provide broader commercial support to the project team, including accurate and readily available Commercial Delivery data.
• Anticipate and inform key stakeholders of potential issues, maintaining detailed involvement in technical and commercial aspects of projects.

Skills Required:

• Extensive experience with demonstrated project experience in a commercial environment.
• Strong contract development and negotiation skills, including experience in developing legally binding contracts.
• Experience in managing third-party contractors and consultants, with a focus on technical and contract negotiation.
• Well-developed people and relationship skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
