As a Contracts Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of renewable energy and storage projects, contributing to the expansion of the company's renewable portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer contract matters and documentation related to supplier claims, disputes, invoicing/payments, and correspondence.
- Monitor and maintain effective contract supplier performance, ensuring quality, quantity, and services meet standards.
- Provide broader commercial support to the project team, including accurate and readily available Commercial Delivery data.
- Anticipate and inform key stakeholders of potential issues, maintaining detailed involvement in technical and commercial aspects of projects.
- Extensive experience with demonstrated project experience in a commercial environment.
- Strong contract development and negotiation skills, including experience in developing legally binding contracts.
- Experience in managing third-party contractors and consultants, with a focus on technical and contract negotiation.
- Well-developed people and relationship skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
