As far as the projects are concerned they tend to stick between $10m - $35m however are capable of larger and are typically either state or federally funded or aligned with a large institution. Hence your ability to build relationships and deal with key stake holders is key to your success here.
To be successful with your application you will have experience delivering similar commercial projects as a Contracts Administrator and you will have the ability to write your own scopes. You will be great at building relationships with subbies, consultants and clients.
This role will suit a Contracts Administrator with the ability to progress in the future. Attitude will be key to your success and opportunity will be at your fingertips.
As a Contracts Administrator you will have:
- Ideally tertiary qualifications
- Min 1+ years CA experience with reputable company
- Project experience over $5m
- Jobpac or Procore experience will be looked upon favourably but is not essential
