Tenure: Full Time                

Location: Echuca

Remuneration: $116,825 to $130,780 pa + superannuation & leave loading

The Contracts and Procurement Lead will be responsible for driving organisational compliance and continuous improvement to Council’s Procurement and Contract Management Framework.  The framework guides the process from strategic sourcing of goods, services, construction and works through to final evaluation of Contracts and appointment of contractors to ensure council meets it legislative obligations and achieves best value for its expenditure.

To be successful in this role you will require:

• Relevant qualifications and/or extensive experience.
• Demonstrated experience in embedding frameworks and policies in a diverse organisation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide audience.
• Experience in the supervision and management of staff.
• Valid National Police Check.
