Position: Pre-Contracts Manager
Location: Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra
Status: Permanent Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage procurement strategies for design and construction partners.
- Collaborate with development and technical teams to define project requirements and mitigate risks.
- Lead negotiations on major procurement projects with external parties.
- Ensure effective contractual document control processes are in place.
- Drive a safety culture and prioritize health and wellbeing.
- Build and strengthen key external stakeholder relationships.
- Support economic development initiatives for regional and underrepresented groups.
- 5+ years in Procurement or Project/Commercial Management in construction or energy sectors.
- Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies and infrastructure contracts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Tertiary qualification in relevant fields (Law, Project Management, Engineering, etc.).
- Driver’s licence required.
