Contracts Manager
This new career opportunity will see you report directly to the General Manager ANZ, partnering with internal stakeholders to lead the way in optimising contractual processes for the Projects division.
Key objectives and responsibilities include:
- Establish contract terms and conditions with head contractors in line with company guidelines
- Assist in contractual negotiation and preparation of subcontract packages
- Complete contract review and provide advice to the Project Managers
- Identify, manage, and optimise existing contract risks and opportunities, and maintain positive relationships with key suppliers.
- Contract support for Project Managers during project setup and execution
- Prepare and manage various contract notices during project delivery
- Establish and maintain set of template contract notices to support project delivery

The Candidate
To be considered for this opportunity you will possess following skills and attributes:
- Previous experience in similiar role within the construction sector
- Tertiary qualifications in Law - highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience with contract management, including specific experience negotiating, administering and reviewing risk for contracts
- Working understanding of project cost accounting, budgeting and contract implementation
- Ability to communicate with clarity and confidence, building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
