The Opportunity:

GRES are seeking a Contracts Manager to provide support for major projects, assisting with effective administration of our contracts during both pre-and post-contract state. This role will have long-term opportunity to work across various major projects within our commercial contracts team based in our Milton ( Brisbane) Office .

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

• Reviewing, drafting and issuing contracts.
• Able to work collaboratively in team environments and with key stakeholders across the business throughout the contracting strategy.
• Managing and liaising with legal regarding all contracts.
• Coordinating all aspects of the contract administration process in accordance with compliance.
• Ongoing monitoring and managing of contract performance
• Contract management and negotiations including modifications

What are we looking for:

• 10 years experience in a contracts management or similar role.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management and/or Commercial Law.
• Ability to manage subcontractor claims and variations
• Strong commercial acumen with proven influencing and negotiation skills
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and organisational skills with a positive work ethic
• Unrestricted Australian Working rights
