This is a great opportunity to work for a NFP organisation where you will be part of a high performing procurement and contracts team.
This role is a part-time contract work 24-30 hours per week and is based in the Inner Suburbs.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
Raising RFQs and RFPs
Assisting with putting together tender documents
Updating the system with the correct supplier information
Drafting supporting documentation
Manage approval and execution of documents
Liaising with internal stakeholders on Procurement queries
Looking for some experience within procurement and contracts
Understanding of procurement terminology
High attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
The successful candidate will have had some exposure to procurement in a similar role
