Contracts Officer

• You will be responsible for providing an advanced level of knowledgeand skill specific to the account opening and customer onboarding process forall customer segments across Australia and New Zealand
• Ensure the needs of this critical customerbase are met through price loading, sales deal creation and maintenance andcontract management related tasks
• You shall create contracts and pricing in SAP according to agreed terms whilst maintaining strict adherence to BOC’s policies and procedures, manage existing contracts in line with agreed pricereview mechanisms, review contract setups to identify areas of efficiencyand improvement
• Identify at-risk customers or opportunities andinvolve or escalate to the appropriate person from the regional Sales teams todrive customer retention and wins
• Manage your Case List queue to ensure cases areactioned within milestone and that the appropriate notes are left within thecase to ensure other employees can see the investigation and action taken
• Providing feedback to CSC leadership of any gaps orinefficiencies with customer service processes

• A strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy in the creation of new contracts, sales deals and for price loading is critical to ensure seamless ordering, delivery, billing, and payments on customer accounts.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to effectively communicate turnaround time expectations and deliver on those expectations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with advanced problem-solving skills, critical thinker.
• You possess knowledge of SalesForce, Case Management, Lead & Opportunity, SAP account and pricing structures as well as the Order to Cash process (desirable)
