Position: Contracts Officer Location: Mine near Moranbah, On-Site Schedule: Monday to Friday, Immediate Start Duration: 3-6 Month Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports ensuring end-of-month compliance and providing data for meetings and vendor engagement.
- Coordinate contractor owner appointments and maintain systems.
- Review vendor job cards, support the specialist within the team, and handle outgoing vendor communication and document control.
- Execute duties outlined in the Contractor Management Framework including scheduling, facilitating, and recording mobilization, safety, performance, and close-out meetings.
- Monitor contract partners' compliance with the Safety and Health Management System and conduct in-field verifications of activities and equipment.
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong ability to cultivate positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Effective organization and prioritization skills to manage competing demands.
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with Documentum, Tempo, SharePoint, and SAP platforms.
- Experience in auditing and compliance management.
