About the Role:
As theContracts Administratorat Moddex in Maryborough QLD, you will assist with coordinating various aspects of live projects, while communicating with sales, design, production and accounts, all contract management and the timely organising of installers for specific projects.
Some Key Responsibilities and Tasks Include:
- Collaborate with the Contracts Manager in conducting comprehensive contract reviews.
- Contract Negotiation, including Liaising with external legal advisors to ensure contract compliance, Identifying, and mitigating potential risk.
- Support Contracts Manager in creating accurate individual project SWMS and SSMPs.
- Contribute to pre-construction site checklists to uphold safety standards.
- Support the sales team by assisting in the preparation of tender pre-award subcontractor qualification checklists.
- Provide assistance and support to Project Managers in maintaining accurate and up-to-date costing records.
- Assist in the timely submission of all contract progress claims by closely coordinating with Project Managers.
- Work closely with the Contracts Manager to perform monthly revenue recognition processes.
- Collaborate with the Contracts Manager to analyze and contribute to the accurate prediction of financial requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects.

- Experience in a similar Contracts Administrator role is highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
