Part-time approx 30 Hours / week
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator who will be responsible for all Administrative and Financial tasks associated with the running of our Sunshine Coast based Civil Vegetation Management company.
Tasks will include but not limited to;
Financial
- Job costing
- Weekly Payroll
- Accounts payable & receivable
- Bank reconciliation
- Superannuation payments
- Assisting the accountants
- Annual Long Service leave reporting
- Annual Insurance renewals
Contracts Administration
- Monthly Claim submission
- Weekly / Monthly Client reports
- Job Costing
- Quote & Tender preparation and submission
- Contract Management
- Completion of new vendor documentation
- Completion of credit applications
- Monitoring & updating SWMS as necessary
- Onboarding for new contracts / jobs
- Booking training
- Making all arrangements for Mob / Demob for contracts ie accommodation bookings
- Managing Safety Culture (Safety & Compliance software)
- Management of multiple email accounts
