Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer construction contracts from inception to completion.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and project specifications.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Prepare and review contract documentation, including variations and claims.
• Assist in the financial management of projects, monitoring budgets and costs.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and relevant legislation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office suite, project management software).
