Your new role

Care Assist is the state-of-the-art control centre and centre for customer service across all of Care Park’s automated sites, as well as providing support to many other departments of the Care Park Group. 

• Providing high-quality customer service via intercom, phone and email
• Answering inbound customer calls and troubleshooting issues
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Data entry and reporting
• Available for Afternoon Shifts

 What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this position you must have previous experience in a similar, fast-paced role. To maintain and enhance customer satisfaction within the organisation, your passion for people will play a critical role and you will have:

• Experience working in a fast-paced customer service role
• Data entry experience highly regarded
• Energetic, proactive, and confident with high reliability and punctuality
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional personal presentation
• Skilled in the use of computers and other technology (Windows, Office, Google Suite etc).
• Current National Police clearance, or willing to accept our invitation to submit for a clearance
