Your new role
Care Assist is the state-of-the-art control centre and centre for customer service across all of Care Park’s automated sites, as well as providing support to many other departments of the Care Park Group.
- Providing high-quality customer service via intercom, phone and email
- Answering inbound customer calls and troubleshooting issues
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Data entry and reporting
- Available for Afternoon Shifts
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position you must have previous experience in a similar, fast-paced role. To maintain and enhance customer satisfaction within the organisation, your passion for people will play a critical role and you will have:
- Experience working in a fast-paced customer service role
- Data entry experience highly regarded
- Energetic, proactive, and confident with high reliability and punctuality
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional personal presentation
- Skilled in the use of computers and other technology (Windows, Office, Google Suite etc).
- Current National Police clearance, or willing to accept our invitation to submit for a clearance
