About the Opportunity Securecorp currently has an outstanding opportunity for a University Control Room Officer at one of our premium sites located in Hawthorn. The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to: Assess and respond to situations of risk or hazard. Access control and monitoring CCTV, Alarm systems Incident report writing and data logs. Site safety and monitoring Providing consistent high quality customer service Control access to security sensitive areas Interact with various stakeholders including client representatives, building and facilities management, contractors, emergency services, employees and the general public. Monitor Access control, alarm control and CCTV to detect any security breaches or incidents. Risk identification, incident response and issue resolution Access control Incident report writing and data logs Control Room: No Control Room Experience Required however, clear communication is a must!
