We are looking for an experienced Conveyancer who has a minimum of two years experience in the industry.
The successful application will be responsible for assisting the Licensed Principal Conveyancer in all aspects of Property Conveyancing, including opening files, conducting property searches, following up lenders, preparing conveyancing documentation, creating and managing PEXA Workspaces, preparing Duties Online forms, and performing office administrative tasks where required. Ideally the successful application will be familiar with Smokeball or TriConvey, Infotrack, Landata, Outlook, Adobe Forms and Microsoft Word.
Once the successful applicant is settled into the role then there may be an opportunity for it to evolve into a hybrid position.
Salary will be depending upon experience.
This role can be part time or full time. Happy to also work around school hours.
