We are offering a full-time position to a Conveyancer to assist in our Conveyancing Team.  The successful candidate preferably has a minimum of 2 years' experience in the preparation of Contracts of Sale, Section 32 Statements, drafting and reviewing of Statements of Adjustments, preparation and uploading of documents and funds into PEXA, completing State Revenue Office Duties Online, and general property settlements for commercial, residential, industrial and off-the-plan properties. 
 

Skills and Experience: 

• 2+ years' experience
• LEAP - Experience with this practice management software is preferable 
• PEXA platform
• SRO Duties Online 
• Highly organised with good time management and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Can work independently without supervision or in a team
• Ability to build and foster a rapport with clients 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and can work independently and efficiently.

Salary package will vary based on experience, skill & productivity
