We partner with top tier firms through to your boutique outer suburban firms and are looking to talk to Conveyancing professionals throughout Victoria.THE ROLE

• Preparing and reviewing contracts and opening files
• Preparing and drafting documents
• Conducting due diligence checks and searches
• Drafting correspondence, preparing transfer documentation and settlement calculations
• Liaising with clients, financiers and regulatory bodies as required
• Experience with duties online & PEXA are essential

ABOUT YOUTo be suitable for this opportunity, you will ideally have thorough understanding of end-to-end residential and commercial conveyancing transactions, be deadline driven, have high attention to detail and have the ability to work autonomously on files through to closure or support the process.These opportunities are fast paced and exciting roles where no two days are the same.
