As a seasoned conveyancer, you will be in your element managing a high volume of commercial and residential files in a way that is both time-effective and thorough. You will report to a partner who thrives off mutual respect and communication and join a team who are passionate and collaborative.
Your day will involve:
- Managing a portfolio of commercial and residential files from instruction to settlement;
- Preparing contracts, section 32 statements, transfers and subdivision applications;
- Managing settlements via PEXA and Duties Online;
- Drafting correspondence;
- Liaising with key stakeholders, maintaining relationships, and ensuring exceptional client experience and
- Conducting property searches and obtaining certificates.

To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have at least 3 years' experience as a conveyancer, ideally in a law firm;
- The confidence to run files independently from start to finish;
- Be highly organised and able to juggle conflicting deadlines;
- Harbour strong communication and customer service skills and
- Think proactively and have excellent decision-making skills.
