This full-time permanent role involves fostering a positive culture to provide excellent services to residents. Experience in finance, human resources, workplace health and safety, and legislative compliance is essential.
About you:
- Minimum 3 years of senior management experience in aged care or related fields
- Demonstrated familiarity with Quality Assurance Programs
- Effective communication skills across all levels
- Proactive problem-solving and collaborative approach
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Main Duties:
- Provide leadership and guidance to a diverse team
- Aid in creating staff schedules and conduct in-person onboarding sessions for new team members
- Foster open communication channels between residents, their representatives, and your team
- Ensure residents are treated with dignity and receive high-quality care according to evidence-based best practices
- Stay updated on legislative requirements and any changes impacting operations
- Play a role in developing and implementing management systems
- Assist in supporting our strategic direction, fostering growth, and facilitating ongoing improvement initiatives.
