We source the finest Organic raw materials and process them according to the specialised needs of our clients, we take pride in both the quality of our product and in the client relationships we nurture. We are expanding our operations in Australia with a new processing facility within our Laverton North Plant to increase our product range and improve our service to our clients.
About the role:
This is a full time position, initially responsible for the installation and commissioning of the new plant and equipment, then directly responsible for setting and controlling the production policies and activities.
All policies and activities must comply with Food Safety standards and OH&S requirements.
This role requires, but is not limited to:
• planning the production activities to meet output quality and quantity within budget and on time, adjusting processes and resources to
meet budget expectations if necessary.
• training and directing staff within the production lines; regularly reviewing performance and fostering good morale.
• maintaining timely and accurate production records and reports.
• scheduling, coordinating and tracking maintenance activities to ensure the smooth and efficient running of production equipment.
• ensuring that relevant matters are shared in a timely manner with the Operations, Refinery, Finance, Sales and Quality Assurance
Managers to ensure each department is optimising available resources and reviewing for continuous improvement.
About you:
The ability to speak both English and Spanish is essential for reporting to our International Investors, you must be fluent and comfortable working in either language. You will enjoy working as part of a team but will be self-motivated and able to work unsupervised. A mechanical aptitude and experience within Food Manufacturing are essential, experience training and leading a Production Team would be well regarded. A current Australian Drivers Licence and registered motor vehicle are recommended for ease of access to the site.
