We are a start up boutique law firm based in Sydney and Melbourne part of a larger professional services group with established clients and referral networks Australia wide. We are actively seeks a Conveyancer with a minimum of 5 years' experience. Seasoned professionals are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
Managing a variety of matters primarily in Commercial and Property Law, including:

1. Managing residential sales and purchaser files from start to finish
2. Preparing and managing subdivisions
3. Drafting initial letters to complete exchanges of off the plan Contracts of Sale
4. Drafting correspondence, Special Conditions, Contracts and Vendor’s Statements
5. Arranging settlements via PEXA and completing Duties Online forms
6. Liaising with clients and other parties such as real estate agents, brokers, banks and developers
7. Understanding of self-managed super fund transactions, trust transactions, nominations, availability of stamp duty exemptions/concessions and foreign investment review board requirements
8. Preparing Invoices and Accounts
9. Conducting searches and applying for rate and planning certificates
10. Use of PEXA and Duties Online
11. Use of Conveyancing Software Program
12. Conduct Contract of Sale reviews for purchasers

Ideal Candidate Profile:

1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in Commercial and Property law
2. Exceptional organisational skills and acute attention to detail
3. Capacity to efficiently handle high volume caseloads
4. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team

Remuneration:
