Cook / Chef

We are currently looking for a Cook/ Chef to join our team at Devil’s Hollow Brewery located in Dubbo. 

 

You will be responsible for the production of high quality, on-trend meals for our Cafe/ Kitchen and function space. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative individual who wants to be part of a busy team. The primary role is to be hands on and ensure the food offered is delivered to an exceptional standard. Candidate must have a real passion for creating fresh and seasonal food. This position is full-time with salary range $65,000 - $75,000 based on experience.

 

Whats required 

·       Prep and cook all items in our cafe/kitchen and function menus

·       Must have a good awareness of allergy controls 

·       Maintain customer focus, respond to feedback in a positive manner

·       Implement great ideas and seeking opportunities for improvement

·       Ensure the safe production of a quality product

·       Must be available weekends

What you will need

·      Trade qualifications 

·       Experience as a Chef/Cook

·       Up to date with the latest food trends and cooking techniques 

·       Function experience

·       You will need to have the ability to work under pressure 

·       Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations
