Key Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:
- Qualifications & Certifications: Hold a Diploma in Children Services or equivalent, coupled with essential certifications such as First Aid and Working with Children Check.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Demonstrate a strong understanding of Child Care legislation, National Quality Framework, and Standards.
- Tech-Savvy: Utilise effective computer skills, including proficiency in child care management software (Xplor preferred).
- Leadership Prowess: Showcase proven leadership and team development skills, driving excellence at every turn.
