The role
The Coordinator - Internal Communications plays an important role within the business, using communication to foster an engaged, informed and inspired workplace where our people feel connected to our vision and purpose.
You’ll provide timely support to the communications team in the delivery of its objectives through the provision of high quality, effective and timely communications, logistical and administrative support and implementation of communications initiatives.
Sat within the Internal Communication team, the role reports to the Lead—Internal and Change Communications within the broader Communications and Stakeholder Engagement team.
What you’ll get up to
· Proactively manage key Internal Communications channels, including a monthly employee newsletter and the intranet.
· Execute tactical delivery of internal communication plans, ensuring alignment with broader communication and business strategies.
· Work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to deliver fit-for-purpose communications.
· Support planning and execution of internal events, including our bi-annual conference and much more!
We’re on the lookout for someone with:
· 6 months to 2 years experience
- Highly developed visual, verbal and written communication skills
- Keen attention to detail
- A flexible approach and willingness to learn
- Team player with a positive, confident approach to working with people
- Technically savvy and proficient in Microsoft applications
- Ideally hold a tertiary qualification in Communications, Public Relations or a related field
