The role:
Aqualink's purpose is to empower, activate and connect our community through the delivery of high standard health and wellness facilities, programs and services.
The position is responsible for leading and driving Membership Services delivery and supervise Membership Services staff across the Aqualink Centres in the delivery of day-to-day operations and engagement in community health and wellness. You will be required to work weekends as per our roster (equivalent to 10 weekend days per year).
About you:
To be considered for this position you will have:

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in team supervision, rostering, staff training and professional development.
  • Demonstrated successful experience and achievement within membership sales and customer service positions.
  • High level interpersonal and verbal / written communication skills including excellent customer service.
  • Experience with point of sale systems and database management (preferably Perfect Gym Solutions software).
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and individually in a largely autonomous role.
