Brand new and purpose built, Club Tarneit is seeking an experienced Administration and Memberships Coordinator to lead the reception team and be the first point of contact for all club guests. This role will work closely with the club’s senior management to lead and shape the future of our Club.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the reception team for superior service and club knowledge
  • Coordination of all club administration
  • Coordination of “reception” email management.
  • Answering the telephone and responding to all answering guest enquiries.
  • End to end Membership Database management and Membership enquiries.
  • Managing the employee on boarding and induction process.
  • Liaising with guests for all bookings and event enquiries.
  • Assist with invoicing management, petty cash and credit card reconciliation.

Your Qualifications and Skills:

●      With a VCE (or equivalent) qualification, a Certificate 3 or 4 in Business Administration, and have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.

●      High Level of administration experience and knowledge 

●      Computer literate and very high level of maintaining accurate records.

●      Excellent time management skills.

●      Excellent organizational skills.
