Northern NSW Local Health District has two exciting career opportunity for an Administration Officer to join their Community Health team. This role provides management, leadership and operational oversight of Community and Allied Health (C&AH) support and Administration staff who support a range of clinical services/programs that sit across multiple facilities within a widespread geographical area to achieve a client focused work culture and an efficient work environment in line with current Local Health District (LHD) policies and procedures

Coordinator Support Staff and Administration Services - North (Tweed, Byron & Ballina)
If you have/are:
- Experience leading, supervising and coordinating a large team of staff in a multiple facility organisation with a strong focus on customer services and demonstrated ability to foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Management experience in Workforce, Workplace Health and Safety and Quality Improvement
- Knowledge and experience in all aspects of client health records management, including information privacy and the management of medico-legal requests
- High level communication skills, including proven experience in minute taking and drafting minutes and agendas and in writing procedures and business processes
