This is an exciting opportunity for a professional Concierge, a Front Office Attendant or guest Service Agent looking for consistent fulltime hours, to join an established team working for a well-known brand.
Reporting to the Team Leader as part of the Clients Services team, your responsibility will be to create and provide a welcoming atmosphere to anyone entering the premises. As the first point of contact, you will make people at ease and anticipate their needs.
Allocated to one of the head office buildings (4 within the CBD), you will achieve so by remembering the main stakeholders, managing security access to the buildings, coordinating messages and couriers, directing visitors and relaying various messages to the relevant departments.
** this role requires a commitment to 38 hours per week**

About you:
- Full working rights - Permanent residency or citizenship
- Experience in a customer facing role with a genuine interest in people
- Preferably worked within a corporate environment including reception or concierge services, hotels or front desk
- Advanced Computer skills & knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Professional corporate presentation & demeanor
- Police Check (or willing to obtain one)
