The Corporate Counsel (Commercial) will be a member of the Aon Law Division reporting to the Senior Corporate Counsel (Commercial). The Corporate Counsel will provide professional support to the Senior Corporate Counsel (Commercial) and team involving primarily commercial and transactional legal services.

  Advise on the whole spectrum of legal matters that apply to the business and its offerings.

  Create documents and presentations for review

  Examine documents to determine their contents or relevance.
