As a St John WA Corporate Services Consultant, you'll play a vital role in converting customer inquiries into sales opportunities. Your responsibilities will include handling inbound/outbound calls, recommending products and services, and meeting and exceeding sales targets.
What You'll Do:
- Respond to phone calls and emails promptly and accurately.
- Schedule onsite classes and complete participant enrolments as required.
- Ensure accuracy of information for customers and internal stakeholders to support excellence in delivery of training and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate First Aid training courses or products.
- Actively promote and sell St John WA products and services.
- Generate leads for the Business Development team.
- Actively maintain and develop customer relationship and business opportunities through regular interactions including outbound calling
- Ensure all customer invoicing queries or corrections are resolved in an appropriate time frame.
- Complete reporting and invoicing requirements for customers as per client agreements
What You'll Need:
- Experience in a customer-centric environment preferred.
- Passion for success in sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent telephone manner and attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills and multitasking ability.
- Sound interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Professional attitude and outstanding work ethic.
- Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
- Salesforce experience preferred but not essential.
