A Job to Be Proud of:

As a St John WA Corporate Services Consultant, you'll play a vital role in converting customer inquiries into sales opportunities. Your responsibilities will include handling inbound/outbound calls, recommending products and services, and meeting and exceeding sales targets.

What You'll Do:

• Respond to phone calls and emails promptly and accurately.
• Schedule onsite classes and complete participant enrolments as required.
• Ensure accuracy of information for customers and internal stakeholders to support excellence in delivery of training and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate First Aid training courses or products.
• Actively promote and sell St John WA products and services.
• Generate leads for the Business Development team.
• Actively maintain and develop customer relationship and business opportunities through regular interactions including outbound calling
• Ensure all customer invoicing queries or corrections are resolved in an appropriate time frame.
• Complete reporting and invoicing requirements for customers as per client agreements

What You'll Need:

• Experience in a customer-centric environment preferred.
• Passion for success in sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent telephone manner and attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills and multitasking ability.
• Sound interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Professional attitude and outstanding work ethic.
• Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
• Salesforce experience preferred but not essential.
