About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a recent Graduate to enter a hybrid Corporate Services role working across our Business Improvement and Quality & Audit Teams.

Supporting these teams, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, no two days will be the same!

Working with the Business Improvement team, you will:

  • Triage system enhancement Helpdesk requests and gather business requirements
  • Document basic system specifications and test plans
  • Manage the deployment of enhancements into the production environment including communicating with end users, updating user documentation, and conducting user acceptance testing
  • Maintain controlled documents, ensuring policy and procedure content reflects current Guideline requirements and system functionality, and satisfies end-user needs

Working with the Quality & Audit team, you will:

  • Conduct audits and prepare reports detailing findings, compliance issues and risks
  • Discuss audit findings with key stakeholders and determine opportunities for improvement
  • Attend to Quality & Audit related items as raised via the organisation’s communication channels
  • Assist in the ongoing maintenance and coordination of the Document Management System

As an all-round generalist you will be a ‘doer’ with the ability to understand and solve problems with a continuous improvement mindset. The successful candidate will be mentored by our experienced staff, this is your chance to commence your career with a values-based organisation.

This role is being offered on a full time, fixed term 12-month contract. Performance in the role will be the driving factor behind any ongoing employment opportunities within the business.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A degree qualification in Business, Communication, ICT, or a related discipline and possess strong results which demonstrate the ability to deliver the requirements of the role.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and research skills.
  • The ability to deliver work of a high quality and possess, and to learn and digest information quickly and accurately.
  • This position has a strong requirement for problem solving nous, initiative, time management and self-organisation skills to navigate the daily challenges of a busy organisation. We’re looking for a level-headed, logical thinker who has an ability to learn quickly, follow directions and deliver results.
  • An attractive salary package (including salary sacrificing) will be negotiable depending on experience.
  • Familiarity with business analysis techniques, and software development processes and methodologies is an advantage
