Supervising the local Sydney Corporate Services team, you will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day activities providing a seamless and engaged experience from start to finish. You will be responsible for;
Tasks include:
- Visitor Management
- Supervising the delivery of Reception & Meeting room services
- Supervising the delivery of premium standard tenancy operations
- Accountability for team performance including innovation and efficiencies.
- Event Administration, catering fulfilment & VIP Hosting.
- Supervision of the mailroom operation including regular key stakeholder engagement and updating of processes and procedures
- Rostering and leave management of team.
- Audio Visual & Basic IT Support to stakeholders.
- Building and maintaining relationships with building management, contractor stakeholders and internal department heads.

QualificationsWe need you to deliver the highest quality of service standards, whilst operating the space at maximum efficiency and productivity.
We do set the bar high with our service expectations throughout our division so your ability to demonstrate the following is required;
- Previous supervisory or experience in similar role desired
- Previous knowledge of full-service mailroom operations is desirable
- Exceptional work ethic and positive attitude
- Experience working in premium service environments.
- Confidence in engaging with clients and busy career professionals.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- The ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment, whilst maintaining composure and delivering outcomes of the highest quality
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of presentation
- Desire to go above and beyond for customers
- Full working rights in Australia – for an on-site, Full-Time role
