Your New Role
Reporting to the Head of Supply and working with a close knit team of two, you will take pride in delivering exceptional service throughout the customer lifecycle whilst supporting the wider sales team with administrative tasks when needed.
Your Day to Day
- Be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries via phone and email and respond to all requests within a timely manner
- End to end order management – including processing customer and internal orders, tracking and following up when required and ensuring successful fulfilment
- Assist with all enquires relating to product and services
- Update and maintain customer records within the database
- Investigate any customer complaints relating to product, order fulfilment and any other issues and provide win win solutions
- Raise any return authorisations, organise collections and complete all system maintenance
- Troubleshoot delivery issues for B2B and B2C website orders
- Assist in any general administration requirements as needed
You will enjoy this role if you have
- 2+ years experience in an office based Customer Supportrole
- Computer literacy skills including MS Office and database software (Oracle based preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work autonomously
- Strong problem solving skills
- A genuine interest for all things clean and kind haircare
