About the Role:
As a Customer Service Officer, you will represent our client and engage with customers throughout their construction and design journey. This role offers the chance to join a vibrant team, where you'll provide exceptional service while contributing to the success of our client's brand brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries and order requests via phone calls and emails.
- Ensure accurate processing of customer orders and meet deadlines consistently.
- Recommend products from various brands based on customer needs and inquiries.
- Handle complaints efficiently, providing timely solutions and following up for resolution.
- Engage in continuous training and on-the-job learning to enhance skills and knowledge.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience dealing with Trades
- Previous experience in customer service is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and providing support.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer requests.
Additional Requirements:
- Knowledge of the civil/construction industry is advantageous.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts within operational hours (7am - 6pm).
- Psychometric testing will be a requirement of role pre commencement.
