Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to busy corporate clients
- Working on a GDS to make reservations - Galileo, Sabre or Amadeus required
- Booking flights, hotels and car hire and any special requests to domestic and worldwide destinations
- Dealing with telephone, email and online enquires
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients
- Keep up to date with industry trends and travel regulations
- Work autonomously while being part of a team
- Mon - Fri No weekends
Required Experience:
- Past Corporate travel experience
- Extensive GDS knowledge - Galileo, Sabre or Amadeus
- Thorough understanding of air fares and ticketing knowledge
- Excellent communication skills - Both written and verbal
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask with high attention to detail
- Be professional, self-motivated and be able to work as part of a team
