8 Month Temporary Assignment for experienced Executive Support Officer within Local Council
Your new company
Your new company is a Local Council located East of Perth CBD. It's a diverse and inclusive Local Government offering a positive team environment. The council looks after a variety of areas for the local community, including health and community safety, licencing and building services. The Executive team is made up of the Mayor and 14 Councillors.
Your new role
Your new role as Council Relations Officer will be providing efficient support to the Mayor and Councillors. It is a busy administrative position which will require strong organisational skills and prior executive support experience. The responsibilities will be vast and varied, including diary management, email correspondence, delegating emails to the relevant EA. It is a full-time role from Monday–Friday. It is not a requirement to work overtime or attend council meetings.
What you'll need to succeed
- Prior experience as an Executive / Personal Assistant
- Local Government experience
- Positive attitude and strong organisational skills
- Full working rights
