We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Counselling & Career Development Officers. As part of the call centre, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality support to clients seeking career guidance and counselling services.
What you'll need to succeed
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, chat, email, and web-based channels.
- Provide accurate and relevant information to address individual customer needs.
- Maintain a high standard of customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilise office technology and customer relationship management (CRM) systems effectively.
- Support contact centre activities and transaction processes.
- Hold a Certificate III in a relevant discipline or demonstrate equivalent skills and experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to listen, interpret, and convey information clearly and accurately.
- Strong multitasking abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a high-volume call centre environment is desirable.
- Candidates must undergo reference checks.
- A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check (WWCC) are mandatory.
- $35 per hour + Super.
- Monday to Friday role.
