Sally Phillips Studio is growing, and we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Creative Development Assistant to join our team in a full-time capacity. The Sally Phillips Label is based in Fullarton, South Australia and shown privately by appointment only. The collection is available for viewing and pre ordering with the designer and her team of stylists upon its seasonal release. Sally Phillips shows throughout Australian capital cities. All garments are on a made to order basis. Two main collections are released each season, Spring / Summer and Autumn / Winter. With the addition of smaller capsule collections released throughout the year. It is all about a unique and sublime experience, unparalleled to other shopping experiences.
Qualifications & experience
- 2+ years' experience in a similar role.
- Experience in using Indigo 8, Adobe suite and Shopify, not required but preferred.
- Strong computer literacy with MS Office Suit software
- High attention to detail and strong time management.
- Understanding of retail practices is beneficial, e.g. POS system experience, customer service experience etc.
- Qualification or degree in creative arts specialising in fashion is preferred.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Maintaining and reporting all timelines across all suppliers, ensuring all critical timelines are met.
- Assisting in areas of QC across all stages of production.
- Liaising and maintaining a strong relationship with all suppliers and manufacturers.
- Working closely and creatively with our designer, in house team and photographer for all upcoming collections.
- Website and product, management, installation and maintaining stock levels.
- Shared responsibilities for content creation for daily social media platforms and weekly marketing EDM's
