Credit Controller | Work From Home

The Company

Robert Half is currently recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to start at short notice on a 6-month temporary contract.

Our client is a market leading, nationally recognised organisation, who prides itself on having a collaborative and supportive work environment.

This role requires 1 day working on site at a fantastic office location which is walking distance from Flinders Street Station. The remaining 4 days can be fully Work From Home.

The Role

Reporting to a supporting Credit Manager and working as part of a team, your responsibilities will include:

• Creating procedures and policies that ensure timely payments while maintaining a high level of customer retention.
• Reconciling complex accounts that have been escalated from the AR team
• Monitoring debtor balances to ensure a reduction in debtors DSO
• Ensuring credit and collection policies and procedures are followed within your team
• Liaising with customers, as well as internal personnel including the sales team

About you

To be successful in this role, you will be someone who has very strong Credit Controller experience and is passionate about building relationships with others. You will also be an exceptional communicator on all levels, possess excellent organisational skills and have a strong work ethic which will allow you to thrive working in this fast-paced environment.

You will ideally have experience with SAP and possess an intermediate level of Excel skills (pivot tables/ V-lookups).
