The main priority of this position is to ensure the timely collection of all outstanding debt and the accurate processing of credit related enquiries.Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Monitor and process cancellation of disconnection and management of reconnection requests as required, including maintaining and managing relationship with Western Power Metering
- Liaise with Synergy representatives, customers and third-party stakeholders to ensure optimum output and results for customers and Synergy.
- Investigate and determine the correct course of action for complex customer queries regarding missing payments and other credit related processes, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain relationships with and provide third party back of house escalation support in a timely manner.
- Manage calls from external; third party organisations regarding customer queries and premise connection status.
- Credit management policies and procedures experience.
- Demonstrated sound communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Technical capability across complex credit management accountabilities.
- Sound understanding of relevant code and policy requirements.
