PositionAbout the RoleThe role of a BVLGARI
CRM Specialist ensures a client-centric Omnichannel approach by recruiting new clients and developing the existing clients through the definition, implementation and management of the global CRM program.
ProfileRole Expectations:- CRM: Promote, develop and manage the implementation of CRM strategies across various channels, supporting client experiences and nurturing client segments.
- Communication: Define, develop and manage a One to One communication program including product-based and delight activities set according to the client's propensity, needs and culture with the aim to build a strong commercial and tailored relationship with the customer.
- Optimisation: Day to day execution, optimisation and reporting of 020 campaigns, driving clients aquisition, retention, engagement and conversion.
- Performance Analysis: Create and review CRM performance reports.
- E-commerce Integration: Work closely with the E-commerce Specialist to align CRM and e-commerce strategies.
- Budget: Support Omnichannel Manager in planning local CRM Budget.
