Your new roleWe are seeking a meticulous CRM Analyst to join a dynamic Client & Digital Experience Team. This pivotal role will contribute directly to the mission of fostering meaningful connections with valued clients throughout their journey.
Key Duties:As a detail-oriented CRM Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our client data while leveraging insights to enhance their experiences. Reporting to the CRM Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end client data collection and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
- Collaborating with the CRM team to develop and refine data segmentation's and automation strategies.
- Configuring marketing automation workflows to deliver personalized communication across various channels.
- Monitoring data quality and implementing improvement measures to optimize client interactions.
- Translating business requirements into actionable solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Building strong relationships with internal teams and external agencies to support CRM initiatives.
Your skills and experience- Bachelor degree in Marketing/Business.
- Strong relationship management and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in database management and SQL.
- Experience with HTML; familiarity with AMPscript and CSS is a plus.
- Ability to generate valuable data insights and analytics.
- Knowledge of data protection regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly desirable.
