Amicus Community Services is a not-for-profit provider and charity that has been supporting the needs of vulnerable people and local communities across central Victoria since 1988. We currently provide services to people with a disability of all ages as a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) registered provider.

Your new opportunity:
Based in Bendigo, we are seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide Administration, software implementation, systems management and support with all software applications in use across the organisation.
The Systems Administrator will ensure that our systems are secure, reliable, and efficient. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and support to Amicus in the sourcing, implementation and roll out of software applications.
- Test new versions of applications and liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to reduce business disruptions.
- Continuously improve software applications to customise to Amicus needs using your skills of judgement and initiative to benefit users.
- Manage permission sets for software applications.
- Support the Leadership team with rollout of an ICT Plan, and any future projects by researching and providing analysis, design and project management expertise.
- Where appropriate, provide assistance to users of the various systems, to develop their skills and knowledge of various applications, and help them to understand what is expected of them.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce/Lumary CRM highly desirable
- High level of computer literacy a must
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary range
An attractive salary package is on offer plus Salary Packaging of $15,900 and a Meals and Entertainment allowance of $2,650.
This is a full-time, ongoing position and is remunerated under the SCHADS award. (Based on qualifications and experience)
