This key position offers the chance to take a leading role in the operation and growth of a dynamic agricultural enterprise. Located just 135 km from Goondiwindi, this company represents the heart of Australian agriculture, focusing on innovation, sustainability, and community.
Role Details
The successful candidate will oversee daily farming operations on 10,000 Ha, manage cropping team, and ensure the efficiency of grain out loading and the application of chemicals. A deep understanding of and experience in dryland farming, complemented by machinery and equipment maintenance skills, are essential. We're looking for someone with a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the flexibility to meet the changing demands of farm life.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in broadacre farm management or a similar role.
- Current Driver’s License and Chemical Users Certification. An MC license is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication, with the ability to work flexibly.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.
