OPPORTUNITY
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced, dynamic agricultural professional to join the our client's sales team as the Sales Account Manager, based in the Wagga, Griffith & wider Riverina region. You will be responsible for leading the development of the business with key distributors, merchant resellers & end users such as commercial and broad acre farmers. You will do this by ensuring appropriate sales business relationships are established and well maintained to agreed business outcomes.
- Develop, maintain and own overall responsibility of key relationships with our client's wholesale customer base comprising of major agricultural resellers, down to independents as well as end users (commercial growers)
- Understand the range on products on offer with technical application
- Identify business needs, and develop key customer plans to drive profitable growth
- With thorough customer based planning, assist with the development of the sales strategy for your area
- Develop promotional sales activities by crop, product and seasonality
- Expand business relationships
- Develop management systems that support business relationships
- Provide timely and accurate forecast information
- Base salary of up to $100,000 plus 11.5% super

CANDIDATE
To be considered for this role it's essential you have b2b (business to business) agricultural sales experience.
Ideally your sales experience has required you to sell products and services of ANY kind to commercial growers in Regional NSW. While an interest and passion for regenerative farming is essential, we're happy to take a look at candidates selling many different types of products which include:
- Grains, seeds and fertilisers
- Capital equipment such as tractors, seeding, tillage and harvesters
